LAST REVISED · 5 JULY 2026

Your resume is one of the most personal documents you own — it's your whole working life on one page. Here is exactly what we do with it, in language you don't need a lawyer for.

1. What we collect

Account data — your name, email address and password (stored hashed; we never see it).

Career data — the resume you upload, the roles you track, interview practice sessions, and debrief notes. This is the substance of the product; you control all of it.

Usage data — which features you use and how often (for example, “ran an ATS audit”), so we can enforce plan limits and improve the product. We do not record your keystrokes or your screen.

2. What we use it for

To run the features you ask for: auditing your resume, matching roles, tailoring applications, coaching interviews, and analysing rejections. To meter your plan limits. To fix bugs. Nothing else.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your resume with recruiters, employers, or anyone else unless you explicitly export or send it yourself.

3. AI processing

When you run an AI feature, the relevant text (for example, your resume and a job description) is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing and the result is returned to you. Google processes this data as a service provider under its API terms; we do not use your data to train models.

4. Where your data lives

Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) protected by row-level security — meaning your rows are readable by your account alone, enforced at the database layer, not just in application code. Backups are encrypted at rest.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI, and bank details go directly to Cashfree and never touch our servers. We store only your subscription status and plan.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — the ones that keep you signed in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies following you across the internet.

7. Deletion and your rights

You can delete your resume, your applications, or your entire account at any time from Settings. Deletion is real: rows are removed, not flagged.

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email us and we'll act on it within 7 days.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll say so on the changelog and by email before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.

9. Contact

Questions, concerns, or data requests: support@reunitor.com. A human reads it.
