You should never have to fight to stop paying for something. Here is exactly how cancelling and refunds work — the same policy Cashfree sees, in language you don't need a lawyer for.
Cancel anytime, yourself, from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel plan — no email, no call, no retention flow.
If Pro or Executive isn't what you expected, tell us within 7 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full. After that, cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs until the period you already paid for ends.
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep every paid feature until that date, and you are not charged again.
Cancelling never deletes your data — your resume, applications and history stay on the free Starter tier unless you delete them yourself.
First purchase, within 7 days — full refund, no questions that matter. Email us from your account email with the payment reference.
Duplicate or failed payments — if you were charged twice, or charged for an order that didn't activate, the extra charge is refunded in full once we verify it with our payment processor.
Renewals — renewal charges are refundable within 48 hours of the charge if you haven't used a paid feature in the new period. Beyond that, cancel instead — you keep access until the period ends.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking) through Cashfree Payments within 5–7 business days. Banks occasionally take longer to post the credit; if it has been more than 10 business days, write to us and we'll chase it with the processor.
Periods you've already used past the windows above, and accounts terminated for abuse of the fair-use policy (for example, automated scraping of the service or resale of AI output at volume).
We don't charge setup fees, hidden fees, or cancellation fees — so there's nothing else to refund.
